Silver Tequila
Distilled twice, our small-batch tequila keeps the essence of the agave at the forefront. Our crystal clear Silver tequila has a prominent agave nose with hints of spearmint, lemon, and balsa wood. Very soft and creamy on the palate, spearmint in the nose continues through the palate, joined by a bit of fresh fennel, and a hint of cinnamon for a very smooth finish.
Reposado Tequila
Aged for six months in American Oak barrels once used for whiskey, our Reposado’s pale gold color matches the predominantly toffee nose with plenty of agave along with caramelized orange oil, a bit of steel, cinnamon, cumin, and butter from the toffee nose. While exciting to sip on its own, this bottling is especially well suited for cocktails, where its vibrancy can stand up to an array of ingredients.
Don Silverio Reserve Añejo Tequila
Aged for 1.5 years in used whiskey barrels, our Añejo is a small-batch tequila is rich with flavors of vanilla, caramel, and clove. The agave flavors are subtle with vanilla caramel and clove but pack a punch with pleasant burnt sugar and cooling menthol on the finish.
